I stayed at Citra Grand for a meeting, and while the breakfast was decent, I wasn't completely satisfied with my experience. The room I was in had a strong odor of cigarette smoke, which was off-putting. Although the Wi-Fi was fast, there were some issues with laundry services that left me with a ruined shirt. Overall, I think there are better options in the area for a future stay.
The hotel is fairly decent if you find yourself in Karawang, especially since options are limited. While the rooms are average and offer basic amenities, the breakfast includes some great Japanese food. Service can be improved, and the location itself is pretty hot and dusty with little shade. Overall, it's a bit pricey for what you get, but you might not have much choice in the area.
